I have a thing for duets, and I have a bunch loaded on my iPod. I especially love the ones that are sort of surprising combinations ... such as the relatively new (and VERY successful in commercial terms) partnership between Alison Krauss and Robert Plant. (I like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's duets, but they're EXPECTED.)
Here are my favorites, ones that I listen to and enjoy each time, even when I'm running and would in some cases benefit from a faster-paced song so I could keep up my pace:
10. Gone, Gone, Gone - Robert Plant & Alison Krauss
9. Ready, Set, Don't Go - Billy Ray & Miley Cyrus (go ahead; throw your stones)
8. Start a Band - Brad Paisley & Keith Urban
7. Nobody Wants to be Lonely - Ricky Martin & Christina Aguilera
6. Another Time, Another Place - Sandi Patty & Wayne Watson (just typing that brings back memories of church camps)
5. Party for Two - Shania Twain & Billy Currington
4. No Air - Jordin Sparks & Chris Brown (sorry; I liked it before he started beating people up)
3. We've Got Tonight - Kenny Rogers & Sheena Easton
2. Lost Soul - Bruce Hornsby & Shawn Colvin
1. Always on your Side - Sheryl Crow & Sting (duet or not, this is one of my all-time favorite songs)
I also LOVED the Rascal Flatts/Kelly Clarkson rendition of What Hurts the Most that I saw on some sort of TV concert one time, but I don't think it was ever released, so I can't get it on iTunes. Bummer. If you have any favorites to share with me, leave them in the Comments or e-mail me!

"Hate That I Love You" by Rihanna with Ne-Yo is really good running music.
I also like:
Missing You--Alison Krauss and John Waite
Inside Out--Trisha Yearwood Don Henley
Golden Slumbers--Doug Spartz and Sarah Jo Roark (you have to wait until she chimes in)
There Were Roses--John Whelan and Friends
Love, Dad
I love that version of "Missing You," too. I have it on my iPod.
I'll have to check out the other ones you guys recommended. THANKS!
Oooh, how could we have forgotten the ultimate duet..."Separate Lives" by Phil Collins and Marilyn Martin.

"Somewhere Somehow" by MWS & Amy Grant is another one that gets the goosebumps going.
