Last week after work I picked Grayson and the boys up, and we headed to the hair salon to have Nick and Nathaniel's hair cut. I usually don't let it get to the point where they look like complete ragamuffins, but we'd definitely stepped over that line this time.

I actually like it somewhere between these two lengths, but they were so excited to get "BUZZ CUTS!" that I couldn't say no. Plus, it's SO EASY for the summer ... they stay cooler and sweat less, and it's much quicker at bath time.
Yea for electric clippers!

I'm also debating the buzz cut again for the summer (for my son, not for me - ha!). I, too, prefer it a bit longer, but the convenience factor is huge since I'm running and he's scootering along beside me in the heat. Plus, it's lot's cheaper - we invested in a good set of clippers a few summers ago, and have more than made up the cost by buzzing it at home!
Ryan Leigh, I know what you mean! I wish I were brave enough to buzz them myself, because that would save us time and money. Unfortunately, I'm not that brave yet!
