While I would LOVE to know how long the road will be closed, I admire their honesty. At least they didn't just slap a "2" or "3" up there, knowing full well it would take longer.
Perhaps I ought to use this approach when estimating the timing on my projects:
Director: "Okay. So how long will it be until we can launch this new process?"
Me: "Ohh, I'd say we're looking at approximately mmm weeks."
