This may be too much information for some of you, but why stop now? (P.S. I lost a Follower last week and I don't know why. It could be because of the whole TMI thing.)
I've been on prescription meds for acne since I was about 13. That's more than 20 years. You'd think I might not need it anymore, but you'd be wrong.
And I can't take it while I'm pregnant, so right now I look like I fell off the pimple tree and hit every blessed branch on the way down to the ground. Sirrusly. So when I saw this strip on 22 Words, it made me laugh out loud. (It also reminded me of when this happened.)
Baby, you'd better be cute. REALLY cute.

Oh the joys of pregnancy! My skin was never "glowing" during those 9 months. . .
BTW, I'm your newest follower so I'll make up for that other silly person :)
UHG, my face is worse now at 34yo after 3 kids then it was at any point in my teens. I thought I was lucky till the adult acne hit me.
Oh let me climb on in that boat with you!!!! There isnt a DAY I can go by without washing with 5 different things and applying prescription meds to my terrible skin. What do you take? Oral meds never worked for me :(
Aw, what a WONDERFUL sacrifice for your unborn child. Someday you can share this story with him/her and they will be eternally grateful. : )
Amanda, I threw away my current meds so I wouldn't accidentally use them while pregnant. But it's two topical ointments; I've never taken oral meds for acne. They are STRONG ointments, though!
Yeah, I feel like a teenager too. It's ridiculous and frustrating.
HA! That comic strip made me laugh out loud.
And pregnancy doesn't help with the whole face breakout thing, either. At least it didn't treat me very nicely..
Oh, sister, I am the QUEEN of TMI!!! I'm adding you to my favorites!
