Friends, I am home. I can't express in words how wonderful it is to be here and how grateful I am for modern medicine.
When I'm able to recount the story for you in proper detail, I will. I hope it will just be a few days from now. Tonight, however, I need to get some rest and get used to the New Normal around here.
You'll never know how much your e-mails, Comments and Tweets have buoyed my spirits over the past week. You are a very special group of people, and I've missed interacting with you.
