And just like that, I have a new catchphrase

I was going to blog about something else today, but then this happened last night.

Faithful blog reader Laura's son Gabe cut a few chunks out of his sister's hair yesterday. Laura was Tweeting about it, and she included pictures. Y'all. It was pretty bad.

When she posted the first picture, I tried to Tweet back, "Holy cow" from my phone. But I was bitten by the auto-correct bug, and instead I Tweeted this:

"Hot cow"? OH SURE, WHY NOT? I followed up with the corrected version, but of course now I can't stop thinking about HOT COW. I do believe it's going to catch on.

And what's that you say? I should let Laura blog about her own children? NONSENSE.
