This is why you don't take pictures of your kid in a red bib

We definitely have a happy baby on our hands.

For one who was so late to smile, she's certainly making up for it now.

She's as in love with her brothers as they are with her.

They carry her around and hug her like she's a little doll.

Sometimes she doesn't quite know what to make of all the attention.

But most of the time she's pretty sure she loves it.

I decided to get a few pictures of her the other day while she was in a particularly good mood ...

But she was as perplexed as I was about the red tint to all the pictures.

She didn't let it spoil her mood, though.

I got several great grins out of her ...

Most of them even showcased both of her dimples.

She played along for a long time ...

before she finally started to fade.

All that hard work smiling can make you really sleepy.

And, eventually, a little fussy.

But I am so happy that we finally have a little smiler who is happy 99 percent of the time!
