EASY CHICKEN PIE
- 3 cans chicken (drain excess liquid)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick butter or margerine
- 1+ cup bisquick
- 1+ cup milk
- pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt stick of butter/margerine in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Spoon chicken on top of melted butter.
Sprinkle pepper to taste over chicken. (Do not add salt, as will be too salty!)
Mix together soup and broth, then pour over chicken. Mix together bisquick and milk until consistency of pancake batter. Pour over top of chicken.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, depending on oven, until crust is brown.
